George Adrian Perianu
Director & Registered Manager
With an 18-year tenure as a registered nurse since my graduation in 2006, I have dedicated my life to the noble calling of healthcare. My academic journey took a significant turn in 2011 when I obtained a degree in Psychology from the esteemed Faculty of Sociology and Psychology in Bucharest. This achievement has not only enriched my understanding of patient care but also broadened my approach to encompass the psychological aspects of healing.
In the UK, I have proudly served for over a decade in both the NHS and the private sector, where I have been committed to delivering the highest quality of care. My pursuit of excellence is reflected in the numerous trainings I have undertaken to refine my skills and stay abreast of the latest advancements in healthcare.
I am embarking on an exciting new chapter as I establish my own domiciliary care company. This venture is the culmination of my years of dedicated service and a testament to my passion for delivering high-quality, personalised care. My goal is to create a home care service that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of those seeking compassionate and professional support in their own homes.
Giorgiana Perianu
Team Leader
Giorgiana Perianu brings extensive experience from her career in the NHS, where she worked for over eight years as a Senior Health Care Assistant. During this time, she undertook a wide range of training across different wards and specialties, gaining in-depth knowledge of patient care, safety, and best practices in clinical settings. Her background has given her a strong foundation in applying policies and procedures that promote the safety, wellbeing, and dignity of those in her care.
After a brief period running her own beauty salon in Chelmsford as a qualified beautician, Giorgiana soon realized that her true vocation is in care, a field where her skills, compassion, and dedication have the greatest impact.
In her current role as Team Leader, Giorgiana is responsible for staff inductions, overseeing probation periods, and supervising team performance to ensure that the highest standards of care are consistently delivered to service users. Her leadership is guided by her strong clinical background, her commitment to excellence, and her genuine passion for supporting both staff and service users.
